Procedures and Treatments
We provide nearly 500 vascular and thoracic inpatient surgeries annually as well as the largest and most complete vascular service line in the area. Vascular procedures are performed in a specially designed “hybrid” suite that allows for a combination of open surgery and minimally invasive procedures including:
- Abdominal aortic aneurysm repair
- Aortoiliac and aortofemoral bypass graft surgery
- Atherectomy and angioplasty of noncoronary vessel (nonsurgical revascularization of noncoronary vessel)
- Carotid endarterectomy
- Endarterectomy
- Femoropopliteal bypass (leg artery bypass surgery)
- Treatment of varicose veins of the leg
- Vein excision (vein harvest)
