Katherine Lorland, CNM
Katie Lorand has been a nurse-midwife since 1997 and has practiced midwifery in several different types of settings in four different states. Having seen and experienced many different approaches to pregnancy and childbirth, she believes strongly in the ability of women and their families to make good choices about their childbearing options when given complete and accurate information, and she is committed to supporting women in their choices. She has a particular interest in working with underserved populations and in working with couples who desire natural childbirth options. Lorand completed her nursing training at Johns Hopkins University. She received her midwifery training at Boston University, where she also received a master's degree in Public Health.
Kimberly Anderson, CNM
Kim has been providing maternal child services to the women of Missouri for over twenty years. She received her BSN in Nursing from Central Missouri State University in 1982 and a Master of Science in Nursing (specializing in midwifery) from the University of Missouri in 1999. She has practiced midwifery in a variety of environments, from rural Alaska to urban Kansas City. She is Vice-President of Chapter V-18 American College of Nurse-Midwives and active in maternal child issues in the greater metropolitan Kansas City area.
Sheila Roth, CNM
Sheila has been a Certified Nurse-Midwife since 1994 and celebrated her 1,000th birth in 2005. She received her midwfery training from San Jose University and has worked in the Missouri and Greater Metropolitan Kansas City area since that time. With an emphasis on nutrition, Sheila encourages a holistic approach and informed decision making in one's healthcare choices. She is a member of APPPAH and serves on the FIMR Board in the Kansas City area.
