Each patient's experience at our practice is important to us. As we strive to provide the highest level of care, we value feedback on all aspects of the patient experience. This MedicalGPS patient experience survey measures patient satisfaction from the time the appointment was made to the time the patient spent with the provider.
Visit Preparation: Measures how courteous, respectful and friendly the clinical staff was during the patient's visit.
Provider Explanation: Measures whether providers at this practice gave clear, easy-to-understand explanations during the patient's visit.
Office Wait Time: Measures how satisfied the patient was with wait time during their visit.
Patient Recommendation: Measures how likely the patient is to recommend this practice to family and friends.
Sherman Cole was raised in rural Kansas and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Kansas, where he achieved Departmental Honors in Psychology. He received his MD also from the University of Kansas. He served a total of six years in the Army, and during this time he received his residency training at the Presidio of San Francisco. At the conclusion of his military duty he was awarded the Army Commendation Medal. He has particular interest in Depressive and Anxiety Disorders which have been resistant to previous treatment. For decades he has worked through the American Psychiatric Association to deal with issues affecting mental health treatment in the Kansas City area. He treats patients in inpatient and outpatient settings for pharmaceutical management, psychotherapy, and evaluates/performs ECT.
